The technological transformation project of PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Dali Group Co., Ltd. has a scale of 20,000 tons of propylene carbonate and 16,000 tons of dimethyl carbonate. After energy saving and technological transformation, the steam consumption per unit product has been reduced from 33 tons to 10 tons. The economic benefit is remarkable and it was successfully implemented in 2010.
